It was a sun-kissed afternoon on a secluded South Pacific island when the journey began. A young, adventurous spirit named Armand, later known as the founder of KoKoMo’s, had stumbled upon a hidden gem: a tiny beach bar where the locals were indulging in a snack unlike any he’d ever tasted. The peanuts were a revelation – perfectly roasted, with a tantalizing blend of salt and spice that ignited a fiery dance on his taste buds.
Obsessed with replicating this culinary masterpiece, Armand returned home with a suitcase full of memories and a burning ambition. His kitchen became a laboratory, a battleground where countless combinations of peanuts, salts, and spices clashed. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years as he tirelessly pursued the elusive flavor profile….
